Products and Availability

EAΠTO offers original products inspired by Greek culture, heritage, history, art, and lifestyle. Many of our physical products are produced on demand. Product availability, colors, dimensions, placement, and appearance may vary slightly from images displayed on the website due to differences in production processes, materials, screens, and product sizes.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and correct errors in product information, availability, or pricing.

Orders

An order is not considered accepted until it has been successfully processed and confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment problems, or fulfillment limitations.

Made-to-Order Products

Most EAΠTO physical merchandise is produced specifically for each order through print-on-demand production. Once production or fulfillment has begun, an order may not be canceled or modified.

Please review product selections, sizes, colors, quantities, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Digital Products

Digital products, including eBooks and downloadable content, are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated.

Digital content may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, uploaded, shared, or commercially exploited without authorization from EAΠTO, except as permitted by applicable law.

Pricing, Taxes and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout as required by law.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be completed.

Shipping and Delivery

Physical products may be produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

EAΠTO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect customer-provided addresses, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If you experience a delivery problem, please contact EAΠTO Customer Service so we can assist you.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the EAΠTO name, branding, original artwork, designs, graphics, written content, digital publications, and other original materials displayed or sold through this website are owned by or licensed to EAΠTO and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing an EAΠTO product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design, publication, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property.
